Bookings

- Final payment must be settled within the timeframe specified in your booking confirmation.
Cancellations
Our cancellation policies are designed to be fair while respecting the commitments we make to our partners. Specific terms vary by package:
- Standard Tours: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative fees.
- Promo Packages: Most discounted or promotional packages are strictly non-refundable.
